Job Overview

Senior Business Analysts are strategic partners in
organizations, responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying
improvement opportunities, and translating complex business needs into
actionable requirements. They work closely with cross functional teams,
including IT, product management, finance, and operations, while collaborating
with executive leadership to ensure alignment with the organization's goals

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct detailed business analysis to identify
stakeholders’ needs and develop effective solutions.

· Design and implement business processes,
workflows, and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

· Lead complex projects across departments,
including requirement elicitation, documentation, and validation.

· Translate business objectives into functional
specifications, user stories, and technical requirements.

· Facilitate workshops, strategic planning
sessions, and cross-functional meetings with C-suite and senior management.

· Develop business cases, ROI analyses, risk
assessments, and project roadmaps.

· Monitor project progress, document issues, and
provide guidance to ensure successful implementation.

Mentor junior analysts and lead teams through
organizational change and process optimization initiatives





Requirements

Required Skills and Competencies

· Robust analytical, problem-solving, and
decision-making capabilities.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills,
with the ability to convey complex information to business and technical
stakeholders.

· Expertise in business analysis methodologies
(BABOK, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) and tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Visio,
Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence).

· Knowledge of business process modeling, workflow
design, and data visualization.

· Leadership abilities for mentoring teams and
managing cross-functional project efforts.

· Strong stakeholder management, conflict
resolution, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications
and Experience

· B. Tech + MBA preferred.

· Minimum of 5–6 years of business analysis
experience, with 3+ years in senior-level roles managing complex projects.

· Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM,
BPM), business intelligence platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.

· Relevant certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or
PMP are highly desirable.

· Proven track record in project management,
process improvement, and delivering measurable business outcomes
