We are looking for a detail -oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support sales operations in the HVAC/AC segment. The role involves handling customer coordination, preparing quotations, managing orders, and ensuring smooth internal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Prepare quotations for AC units (Split AC, Cassette AC, VRF systems, etc.)
- Process sales orders and maintain records
Customer Coordination:
- Handle inquiries related to products, pricing, delivery, and installation
- Follow up for order confirmations and payments
Documentation:
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports
- Maintain customer and sales data in CRM/Excel
Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with warehouse for product availability
- Schedule installation with technicians
- Manage service requests
Sales Tracking:
- Monitor targets and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Track pending orders and dispatch status
