• Conduct periodic radiation safety audits and identify areas requiring corrective action
• Coordinate with Medical Physicists, Radiation Oncologists, technicians,
equipment vendors, and hospital management
• Provide radiation safety training and awareness to staff
• Support regulatory inspections and ensure timely closure of compliance observations
• Ensure adherence to hospital radiation safety policies and patient safety protocols
Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of AERB regulations and radiation protection standards
• Positive understanding of Radiation Oncology equipment and safety protocols
• Excellent documentation and regulatory coordination skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
