-We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Preschool Center Head to lead our team.
-An ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, a passion for early childhood education, and a commitment to providing high -quality care and education to young children.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of preschool -aged children and aligns with state standards and best practices in early childhood education.
- Provide leadership and guidance to preschool teachers and staff members, including hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where teachers feel supported, valued, and motivated to excel in their roles.
- Oversee the enrollment process, including conducting tours for prospective families, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records of enrollment and attendance.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development, address concerns or questions, and facilitate open communication between home and school.




- Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, health and safety guidelines, and school policies and procedures.
- Manage the preschool center's budget, including allocating resources, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation.
- Plan and coordinate special events, field trips, and community outreach activities to enrich the preschool experience for children and families.
- Stay current with trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education and incorporate innovative ideas into the preschool program.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events as required.
