Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers.
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time with high quality.
- Review system design, architecture, and code to ensure best practices.
- Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams.
- Drive agile processes (Sprint planning, stand -ups, retrospectives).
- Identify and resolve technical and resource risks.
- Conduct performance reviews and support career development.
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of applications.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding of new engineers.
