3. Proven expertise in deployment strategies - rolling updates, blue -green deployment, and canary deployment. A person with canary and blue -green deployment experience - one of them is a must. If a person knows a canary also, that is golden.

5. Experience with New Relic (at least 1 year)
1. Monitor apps with Recent Relic.
2. Create dashboards for monitoring.
3. Experience in Azure Cloud and Azure Application Insights.
