We are seeking a highly experienced AI Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions while driving engineering excellence across teams. This role sits at the intersection of advanced AI architecture and engineering leadership, requiring a strong background as an Engineering Manager combined with deep expertise in AI/ML systems. You will be responsible for defining the AI vision, building robust architectures, and guiding teams in delivering high-performance, secure, and production-ready AI platforms. In addition to technical leadership, you will play a strategic role in aligning AI capabilities with business objectives and enabling innovation at scale across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the overall AI architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
- Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML systems, including model development, deployment, and lifecycle management
- Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions and architecture roadmaps
- Establish best practices for AI engineering, including model governance, data pipelines,



and system reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and business stakeholders
- Drive adoption of modern AI frameworks, tools, and cloud-native architectures
- Ensure systems are production-ready with strong monitoring, observability, and performance optimization
- Contribute to pre-sales discussions, solutioning, and client engagements where required
- Stay updated with emerging AI trends and incorporate relevant advancements into the platform strategy

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 9+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant exposure to AI/ML systems
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager leading high-performing technical teams
- Strong expertise in designing and deploying scalable AI architectures in production environments
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python and AI frameworks
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms and distributed systems
- Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking and business alignment
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Exposure to client-facing roles, solutioning, or pre-sales (good to have)
