Job Description:
About the role: We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative who will focus on identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects, and building a strong sales pipeline across the Thailand/APAC region through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Market Research about Manufacturing companies and customer segmentation based on our Ideal Customer Profile(ICP) in an allocated region.
2.



Creation of introductory pitch decks and email formats for different insider sales approaches, targeting manufacturing companies focused on Automotive and CPG Industries.
3. Lead Generation and Creating cold-call and workflows for cold-calling/cold-emailing, to generate at least 5-6 meetings per week for AEs. Creating compelling hooks for first calls.
4. Propose solutions to prospective clients, and set up next-level meetings with the AEs in the team.
5. CRM Management.

Requirements:
Worked as a BDR/SDR in other software companies, and set up email/call sequences(Operating at ~100 calls/~500 emails per week)
Worked as a Sales Engineer/Manager in the manufacturing sectors. Preferred candidates with software sales, and solution sales experience with a Value-based approach.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Lusha, EasyLeadz, Sales Navigator and others.
