Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
Perform daily operational health checks and drive automation initiatives for process improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve network, performance, and availability issues across large-scale environments.
Analyze recurring incidents, identify root causes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on permanent fixes.
Utilize application performance monitoring tools to diagnose system and network issues.
