Objectives
To support existing and recent API integrations related inhouse and external applications.
Major Deliverables
Assisting, troubleshooting and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on all applications integrated with API (SOAP & REST)

Managing API integrations with OTA’s and other travel partners

Collaborate with other developers and business analysts to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Conduct regular testing and troubleshooting to ensure API functionality and reliability

Creating documentation for all the integration

Independently leading integration projects

Experience with API security, including encryption and data protection
Essential Attributes
Passenger Service System (PSS) core functions, preferably Navitaire





Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Interline, Code share & NDC

Navitaire REST & SOAP API experience

Knowledge of API management tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger) & Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Desirable Attributes
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
