Role Description:

Sales Development Representative (SaaS - US) is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for researching and identifying target accounts, building prospect lists, and executing outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings with US-based decision-makers.



The individual will qualify leads through discovery conversations, understand prospect needs, and communicate the value of SalesOne’s solutions and services. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with sales and operations teams on campaign strategy, and following structured cadences to ensure consistent pipeline generation. The role also involves meeting and exceeding activity and performance targets, sharing market insights with leadership, and contributing to continuous improvement of outbound messaging and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
