We are looking for a strategic and hands-on DGM - Operations to lead our CSR Skill Development projects across locations. The role will drive program delivery, team management, stakeholder coordination, and ensure impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Leadership: Oversee end-to-end operations of skill development centers across multiple states
Program Management: Ensure smooth execution of CSR projects as per donor, NSDC, and government guidelines
Team Management: Lead and mentor Center Incharges, Trainers, and Placement teams to achieve targets
Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with Corporates, NGOs, Government bodies, and Sector Skill Councils
Compliance & Reporting: Monitor MIS, audits, documentation, and timely submission of reports to CSR partners
Business Growth:



Identify recent project opportunities, prepare proposals, and support business development
Quality & Impact: Ensure quality training delivery, high placement ratios, and measurable social impact
Skills & Requirements:

Experience: 8-12 years in Operations/Program Management in Skill Development/CSR/Education sector

Knowledge: Understanding of NSDC, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, CSR compliance
Leadership: Strong team handling, problem-solving, and execution skills
Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
Willingness: To travel across project locations
