Join our IT organization supporting Sonata Software operations across India. In this role, you will manage local IT operations, collaborate with global teams, and ensure reliable technology services across multiple sites. This is an opportunity to contribute to business continuity, user experience, and strategic growth in a multinational environment.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with global IT teams and external support partners to resolve incidents and service requests.
Manage IT procurement activities and coordinate with vendors for hardware and service requirements.
Oversee IT asset management including inventory control, stock levels, ordering, invoicing, and documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities, device preparation, replacements, disposals, and mobile device support.
Install,
upgrade, and support business, production, and logistics software while maintaining process compliance.
Provide in-person and remote support for hardware and software issues while aligning IT services with organizational goals.
What You Bring
University degree in IT Support, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
13+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or progressive IT operations roles.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, endpoint devices, and IT service management concepts.
Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall administration.
Experience working in a multinational organization with centralized governance and robust customer service focus.
Good communication skills in English with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations and stakeholders.
