Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join Ekaa Devices as a Sales Engineer. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include understanding clients' technical and business needs,
providing expert product consultation, supporting pre- and post-sales activities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through technical guidance and support.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Engineering and in-depth understanding of technical products
Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to foster client relationships and achieve targets
Excellent Communication and Technical Support skills to convey complex technical information clearly
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in healthcare or medical device sales is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
