Summary: Runs the social media production pod - calendar, design, video, scheduling, and community management - across every owned brand and client account.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the monthly content calendar and creative briefing process for every brand and client
• Manage Social Media Coordinators,



Graphic/Carousel Designers, Video/Reel Editors, and the AI Creative/Content Specialist
• Ensure scheduling, publishing, and community management (comments/DMs) run on time across every account
• Own organic performance reporting and feed learnings back into the content calendar
• Coordinate with the Content Lead on scripts/captions and with Performance Marketing on paid-creative needs
• Report weekly output and quality metrics to the Marketing Head
Requirements
• 5-7 years running social media production or a social team, ideally across multiple brands or an agency roster
• Proven ability to manage a multi-discipline team (design, video, coordination) at volume
Strong organizational skills - this role is judged on throughput and consistency, not just creative taste
