Role Description The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is a full time, on-site leadership role based at the Shreeyam National TMT facility in Gandhidham.



This role oversees the development and implementation of comprehensive security strategies covering plant premises, personnel, materials, information, and logistics. Daily responsibilities include managing and supervising security teams, monitoring access control systems, overseeing surveillance operations, and coordinating patrols to ensure safe and compliant operations. The CSO will conduct regular risk assessments, investigate security incidents, maintain incident reports, and implement corrective and preventive measures in line with regulatory and company standards. The role also involves collaborating with senior management, local authorities, and cross-functional departments, leading emergency response planning and drills, and driving continuous improvement in security policies, procedures, and awareness across the organization.
