Role Description The Agentic Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, develop,



and maintain AI agents and autonomous systems that integrate with Sails’ SaaS platforms and enterprise solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Vishakhapatnam involves creating agentic architectures, implementing reasoning and planning capabilities, and building robust integrations with cloud services and data pipelines. The engineer will collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven features, prototype and validate new agent workflows, and optimize performance, reliability, and safety of deployed agents. Daily responsibilities include writing production-quality code, conducting experiments, evaluating models and policies, documenting designs, and participating in code reviews and design discussions. The role also includes staying current with advances in agentic AI, proposing improvements to existing systems, and contributing to best practices and tooling for AI development within Sails.
