Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motor Mechanical Design Engineer role based in Hosur.



The role involves designing and developing motors and mechanical components for two- and three-wheeler products, including concept creation, detailed design, and validation. The engineer will prepare and review 3D models and 2D drawings, perform tolerance analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, testing, and sourcing to ensure design feasibility and quality. Responsibilities include supporting prototype build, resolving design issues, optimizing performance, cost, and reliability, and implementing design changes based on test feedback and field data. The engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement, adherence to industry and company standards, and documentation of design processes and specifications.
