Role Description The Team Lead role at Paytm is a full time, on-site position based in Jammu. The Team Lead will oversee a local team, set daily priorities, and ensure that operational and performance targets are met. This role includes monitoring team metrics, conducting regular check-ins, resolving escalations, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to improve service quality and efficiency. The Team Lead will guide team members through coaching and feedback, support process adherence,



and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves preparing reports, communicating updates clearly, and representing the team in local and regional meetings.
Qualifications

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with experience in setting goals and managing performance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members, customers, and cross-functional partners.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with digital payments, fintech, or customer operations, preferably in high-growth or technology-driven environments.
Comfort with data and basic reporting tools to track metrics, identify trends, and support decisions.
Ability to work on-site in Jammu and adapt to dynamic business needs and evolving processes.
