We are a Gurugram-based financial services firm serving Family Offices, UHNIs, and institutional investors. We manage over $300 Mn in assets across advisory & distribution, managed accounts, structured debt, and equity (PMS & AIF), with a differentiated focus on India’s emerging-cap and mid-cap segment. The group operates across investment banking, NBFC, stock broking, and financial advisory verticals — giving this role rare cross-vertical exposure early in a career.
About the Founder
The Founder & Managing Partner is a CFA charterholder and engineer from a top-tier institute, with 10+ years across strategy consulting, M&A;, mezzanine & equity fund raising, and early-stage investing. He has led organisation-wide transformation mandates for marquee Indian and global clients. You will work directly with him, daily.
The Role
This is a hybrid Chief-of-Staff-in-training and Executive Assistant role.



Roughly 60% of your time will go to strategic and analytical work — research, MIS, client materials, and cross-vertical projects — and 40% to running the Founder’s Office: managing his calendar, communications, follow-ups, and the operating rhythm of the leadership team. You will see how a multi-vertical financial services firm is actually run, from client acquisition to regulatory compliance to capital allocation.
Strategic & Analytical (≈60%)
Own and drive strategic initiatives across verticals — hiring plans, capacity planning, revenue tracking, and new business evaluation — from framing to execution.
Conduct market, competitor, and regulatory research (SEBI/RBI landscape, product structures, industry benchmarks) to support investment and business decisions.
Prepare client-facing and internal materials: investment decks, portfolio performance reports, MIS dashboards, and board/leadership review packs.
