About the Role

Beverage Trade Network is looking for a confident and target-driven Telesales Representative to sell exhibitor booths, sponsorship packages and promotional opportunities for our international beverage trade shows.

You will contact wineries, distilleries, breweries, importers, distributors, private-label suppliers and other beverage companies across the United States, United Kingdom and international markets. Your objective will be to understand their business goals, explain the commercial value of participating in our events and convert qualified prospects into exhibitors and sponsors.

This is a revenue-focused sales role for someone who enjoys speaking with international customers, building relationships, following up consistently and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Sell exhibitor booths, sponsorships, speaking opportunities and promotional packages for BTN trade shows.
Make outbound calls to wineries, distilleries, breweries, importers, distributors and beverage-industry suppliers.
Generate new leads through industry databases, LinkedIn,



email campaigns and market research.
Explain event audiences, buyer profiles, exhibitor perks and package options clearly.
Understand each prospect’s market-entry, distribution, private-label, sourcing or buyer-development goals.
Conduct sales presentations over Zoom or Google Meet.
Prepare and send proposals, quotations, floor plans and exhibitor information.
Follow up consistently with prospects through telephone, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed exhibitors, sponsors and partners.
Upsell advertising, speaking, buyer-meeting and other promotional packages.
Reconnect with past exhibitors and encourage them to return for upcoming editions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and opportunities in the CRM.
Work closely with the marketing, data and event operations teams.
Meet weekly activity targets and monthly revenue goals.
