Itron IT provides support for all internal IT systems and applications issues in Itron. IT Operations team is responsible for providing remote support, including end-user support, business systems (e.g. Oracle EBS, Oracle cloud etc), Collaboration tools and systems, networking, and systems management among many other technical services. The support provided by this team will have a global reach and support all Itron thousands of employees. Skill Sets
Qualification / Skills Requirements:
Good Knowledge on Oracle SQL/ PLSQL
Basic understanding of Oracle E-Business suite architecture.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to directly work with oracle end users / customers.
Certifications on SQL/ Oracle EBS / Cloud/ITIL will be an added advantage.
