Responsibilities

You will lead the planning, governance, and delivery readiness of large-scale capital projects from concept through construction execution. You will be responsible for establishing robust project controls frameworks, driving pre-construction planning excellence, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, and aligned with business objectives.

Lead end-to-end pre-construction planning activities for large-scale capital projects, ensuring projects are fully defined, resourced,



and ready for execution.
Establish and maintain enterprise-level project controls standards, systems, tools, and processes across the project portfolio.
Own project timeline development and execution tracking from concept through project completion.
Develop and implement integrated project delivery strategies, including delivery scope, schedule, risk, and resource plans.
Establish project execution plans, monitor stage-gate processes, readiness assessments, and governance frameworks.
Partner with Development, Design & Engineering, and Construction teams to review constructability, phasing, packaging, and execution strategies.
Oversee development and management of integrated master schedules covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
Lead project cost planning, forecasting, change management, earned value management, and performance reporting.
