Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing day-to-day communication and operational coordination with clients and their teams.

The role requires someone who is customer-focused, highly organised, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple operational activities simultaneously. Experience in logistics operations is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates with experience in Customer Success, Customer Operations, Client Servicing, Operations Coordination, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and support their day-to-day operational requirements.
- Communicate with clients regularly through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client teams.




- Coordinate with clients to collect and ensure the availability of required daily paperwork and operational documents.
- Review and maintain operational records, worksheets, and documentation.
- Monitor key asset-related documents, registrations, certifications, licences, and expiry dates and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Follow up proactively with clients and stakeholders for pending information, documents, or actions.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest practical and innovative solutions to improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular operational updates to management.
- Support the testing and improvement of digital tools/apps used for managing customer operations, where required.
- Ensure all client requirements are followed up and completed within the expected timelines.
