Role Description The Founder's Office Associate role is a full-time remote position supporting strategic and operational priorities across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research and analysis on climate-tech, sustainability, and market trends; preparing briefs, presentations, and reports for the founding team; and coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives.



The associate will help drive key workflows such as tracking goals and metrics, documenting decisions, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. Additional tasks may include supporting investor and partner communications, organizing meetings and events, and building processes and documentation that strengthen organizational efficiency. This role is intended for someone who enjoys working closely with founders, taking ownership of ambiguous problems, and helping shape a mission-driven, early-stage company.
Qualifications
Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into transparent insights and recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications.
