Role Description
The Visa Counselor is a full time, on-site position based in Vadodara, Gujarat.



The successful candidate will guide prospective students and families through visa processes for study abroad and immigration pathways, including documentation review, application preparation, and submission.
Responsibilities include conducting consultations, explaining visa requirements, timelines, and procedures for various countries, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and applications, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
The role involves coordinating with internal teams and partner institutions, following up with clients regarding missing documents or application updates, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company policies. The Visa Counselor will also support clients with pre-visa and post-visa queries, contribute to information sessions and workshops, and help maintain high standards of client service and visa success.
