Your Tasks

Required 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Training Services, EdTech, Certification, or L&D; solutions.
Generate new business opportunities within the Medical & MedTech sector.
Conduct customer meetings (virtual and field visits) to understand training and compliance requirements.
Drive lead generation through networking, outreach, and client engagement.
Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
Recommend tailored training and certification solutions using a consultative sales approach.
Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM updates and sales reports.




Coordinate with internal and external experts to deliver customer-focused training programs.
Monitor industry trends and support portfolio development.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in client relationship management and consultative selling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and SAP knowledge is an advantage.
