Job Summary
Karunya University is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Sales professional to lead marketing initiatives, drive student admissions and institutional outreach, strengthen the University's brand presence, and develop strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies aligned with institutional objectives.
Drive student admissions through effective lead generation, conversion, and outreach initiatives.
Identify new markets, target segments, and opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, corporates, and other stakeholders.
Plan and execute digital, offline, social media, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue-related metrics.
Lead and motivate the marketing and sales team to achieve targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for marketing and admission initiatives.




Organize and participate in education fairs, school/college visits, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
Develop partnerships and institutional collaborations that support student recruitment and brand growth.
Prepare regular reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance updates for management.
Ensure consistent representation of the University's brand, values, and academic offerings.
Desired Skills
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in marketing, sales, business development, or education marketing.
Robust understanding of lead generation and conversion strategies.
Experience in managing marketing campaigns and sales teams.
Data-driven approach with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in CRM, digital marketing, social media, and MS Office.
