Job Description
The Product Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing assigned chemical product portfolios, providing technical and commercial support to customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. The role requires solid knowledge of chemical raw materials, applications, market trends, and customer requirements.
Develop and grow sales of assigned chemical products, including Epoxy, Resins, Pigments, Dyes, Solvents, Emulsions, and other coating raw materials.
Identify and develop new customers, distributors, manufacturers, and business opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer formulations, applications,



technical requirements, and product specifications.
Provide technical product presentations, product recommendations, and application support to customers.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers for technical queries, samples, trials, and product approvals.
Conduct product demonstrations and support customer trials where required.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, demand, and new product developments.
Prepare and maintain product information, technical data, product presentations, and commercial proposals.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
Follow up on customer enquiries, samples, trials, and pending orders.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
Attend customer meetings, industry exhibitions,
