Job Description Of Position Incumbent

To maximise plant availability, improving productivity and minimizing maintenance cost for Kiln, Coal mill & wagon tippler section
Doing calibration of weigh feeders, Rotascle, Coriolis as required and maintaining records for same.
Regularly checking of gas Analysers , stack monitors and maintaining the recors.
Checking of hydraulic system like IKN cooler, FLS CB cooler and Piffer, mill hydraluics & Wagon tippler hydraulics
Regular upkeep of all conveyor safety devices and Bag filters
Preparation for cost estimation, finalizing technical specifications and planning for execution for recent/Capex jobs
Maintaining Pi system & Data historian for the plant.
Safety standards implementation, safety enhancement at workplace, ISO/WCM system implementation
Develop Self and subordinates development, People management
