About the Role: UI/UX Designer
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of solid experience, someone who’s been in the game long enough to know what matters and curious enough to keep evolving.



You should have worked on at least 5 live website projects where you’ve seen your designs come to life in real-world launches.

You’ll work on real-world digital problems; websites, web apps, dashboards, and more, collaborating closely with devs, writers, strategists, and founders. Most of our tribe are specialists in one craft — but nearly everyone here wears multiple hats. We encourage that. In fact, we expect it.

This isn’t a place for routine work. You’ll be part of early discovery, messy whiteboards, healthy debates, and tight deadlines. It’s demanding. But it’s also deeply rewarding.

A solid, thoughtful portfolio — We don’t judge by buzzwords in your resume or how polished your English sounds in interviews. We go straight into your work and expect you to do the same with ours.
