Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will engage with prospective customers via calls, emails, and online meetings to present solutions and drive sales closures. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, following up on inquiries, and building strong customer relationships.



The role involves coordinating with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, address customer needs, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive will also contribute feedback on market trends and customer requirements to help refine sales strategies and offerings.
Qualifications

Solid Inside Sales experience, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle and close deals.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and prospecting through multiple channels.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
Customer Service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
Demonstrated Sales skills, including negotiation, objection handling, and target achievement.
