About the Role: We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who is confident, communicative, and enjoys interacting with people. The role goes beyond making calls. You will be responsible for connecting with potential prospects, understanding their requirements, identifying relevant opportunities, maintaining meaningful follow-ups, and creating a strong pipeline of genuine prospects for the concerned team.

This position offers an opportunity to develop strong skills in communication, prospecting, requirement understanding, relationship building, follow-up, and professional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:




Connect with potential prospects through outbound calls and initiate meaningful conversations.
Understand prospects' educational, professional, and career requirements.
Ask relevant questions to understand their interests, needs, and level of interest.
Identify and qualify genuine prospects based on relevant requirements.
Explain relevant information clearly and professionally during initial conversations.
Build a positive first interaction and maintain professional communication with prospects.
Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate records of prospect information, conversations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the concerned team and share relevant prospects for further communication.
Keep prospect information organized and updated for smooth coordination.
Identify opportunities to improve the quality of conversations and prospect interactions.
Maintain professionalism, clarity
