Role Description The Business Development Manager – Real Estate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in plotted developments and residential projects, including prospecting potential clients, brokers, and channel partners. The manager will conduct market research, analyze local real estate trends,



and support pricing and positioning of projects to drive sales performance. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, leading presentations and site visits, negotiating deals, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, legal, and project management. The role also involves tracking pipeline performance, preparing business reports, and contributing to business development strategies to meet growth and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills in real estate, including lead generation, client relationship management, and deal negotiation.
Proficiency in market research and analysis, with the ability to interpret real estate trends, pricing, and competitive landscapes.
