Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team in Chennai.





The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, tele-sales or lead generation, with strong experience in cold calling and prospecting.

The primary responsibility will be to identify potential business clients, generate qualified leads, conduct outbound calls, understand client requirements, present relevant UWS services and convert prospects into meetings and sales opportunities.

This is a 100% work-from-office role at our Velachery, Chennai office.

Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Lead Generation
Identify and research potential B2B clients across relevant industries and markets.
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
Generate recent business opportunities through outbound calling, email and other sales channels.
Identify decision-makers such as business owners, founders, directors and marketing managers.
Maintain a consistent daily prospecting and lead-generation activity.
