About the Founder: You’ll work directly with Taniya Dhirasaria — 2X entrepreneur and Shark Tank India finalist. Before MamaLife, Taniya built Zoe – Nutrition For Life, bootstrapping it to ₹52+ crore in revenue. Her journey includes NIFT, MICA, Myntra and Reliance Brands.
What You’ll Own
Drive 20–30 Instagram creator collaborations/month
Discover and onboard relevant mom, parenting, wellness and lifestyle creators
Manage the complete cycle: outreach → negotiation → briefing → follow-up → content LIVE
Build robust creator relationships across barter + paid collaborations
Work with the founder and social media team on reel ideas, hooks and campaigns
Track trends and identify creator content that can become UGC, social content and performance ads
Track performance across views, engagement, clicks and sales

✨ A fresher immediately out of college looking for their first role

✨ Excellent at outreach, negotiation and follow-ups
✨ Highly organised and execution-focused
✨ Strong eye for content and what will work
✨ Startup/D2C mindset
