Job Role: Controls & QRA Lead
Experience: 4 yrs to 10 yrs
Location: TCS Siruseri office, Chennai
Shift: UK Shift timings

Education:
Chartered Accountant (Qualified / Semi Qualified) / Bachelor's/Master’s in Commerce or MBA in Finance and Accounting

Must Have:
Proficiency in core accounting, accounting standards, IFRS, GAAP. Core RTR experience (Journals, Bank Recs, Reporting, Balance Sheet Recs)

Good to have:
Working experience in SAP, Oracle Accounting ERPs, Communication – Oral and emails, Work experience in Balance sheet tools like Blackline, Trintech

Job Requirements*
• Experience in control testing, SOX, Risk and Assurance Management
• Proficiency in core accounting, accounting standards / IFRS / GAAP
• BPO Experience
• Good communication skills




• Advanced problem solving and analysis,
• Valuable communication and presentation skills
• Adaptability to work with cross country clients/ counterparts
• Good knowledge of MS desktop applications
• Exposure in SAP is preferable
• Experience in GRC tools
• Audit Assignments in Media industry

Technical Capabilities / Skills:
1. Knowledge in IFRS, GAAP and IAS
2. Knowledge in IFRS 16 / 15
3. Accounting concepts – Going Concern Concept / Accrual Concept
4. Knowledge in Financial Statement
5. Knowledge in deferred Income / Expenses
6. Knowledge in the schedules in the Balance Sheet.
