The Chance
At Qure.ai, events are an important part of how we build relationships, strengthen our presence across global healthcare markets, and create meaningful engagement with customers, clinicians, partners, and industry stakeholders. As an Manager-Events and Marketing Operations, you will own the operational execution of Qure.ai’s presence across major healthcare conventions and industry events globally.





This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, working across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that every detail, from registration and travel to booth execution and on-ground operations, comes together seamlessly.
You will work across Europe, the USA, and ROW markets, partnering closely with internal teams, event organizers, agencies, KOLs, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality, well-executed global events.

What You’ll Own & Drive
End-to-end event operations: Own the operational lifecycle of global events, including registrations, booth requirements, vendor coordination, invoicing, travel, accommodation, logistics, and on-ground execution.
Convention management: Plan and execute Qure.ai’s participation at major healthcare conventions, ensuring timelines, deliverables, budgets, compliance requirements, and operational details are managed effectively from planning through close-out.
Project management: Build and manage
