Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3D Designer role located in Mumbai. The 3D Designer will create and refine 3D models and visual assets for a variety of design and animation projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing 3D concepts, modeling objects and environments, setting up lighting, and collaborating with graphic designers and animators to ensure cohesive visual outcomes. The role also involves preparing assets for production, optimizing files for performance,



and revising designs based on feedback from project leads and clients. The 3D Designer will work closely with the creative team to meet project deadlines and maintain consistent quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for objects, environments, and visual concepts.
Proficiency in Lighting techniques to enhance realism, mood, and visual impact in 3D scenes.
Experience in Graphic Design for layouts, visual storytelling, and brand-aligned assets.
Knowledge of Animation for creating motion, transitions, and dynamic visual sequences.
Ability to use industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite).
Solid understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D work, graphic design, and animation projects.
