The role
You will own a portfolio of export accounts end to end — from the first enquiry through sampling, production and shipment. You are the single point of accountability for those orders. When a customer wants to know where their 40,000 tote bags are, you already know,



and you've already flagged the problem before they asked.

This is a coordination-heavy, follow-up-heavy job. It suits someone who is organised by instinct, comfortable chasing people until they get an answer, and unbothered by a fast-changing production floor.

What you'll do

Own the customer relationship
Handle enquiries, quotations, order confirmations and shipment updates for your assigned accounts.
Translate customer specs — fabric, GSM, print, trims, certification, packaging — into instructions the production team can act on without ambiguity.
Respond to customer queries the same working day, even when the answer is "I'm checking, I'll confirm by tomorrow."

Drive orders to delivery
Build and maintain a Time & Action calendar for every order, and hold internal teams to it.
Track sample development, approvals and customer feedback until sign-off.
Work with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchase and Dispatch to keep
