Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, including MNCs, large enterprises, and SMEs, ensuring their insurance needs are accurately understood and addressed. Day-to-day responsibilities include client onboarding, handling policy renewals,



coordinating claims support, and providing timely updates on coverage and risk management options. The role involves working closely with internal teams to structure insurance solutions, prepare proposals, and ensure service delivery meets agreed standards. The Relationship Manager will also identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, maintain detailed client records, and participate in client meetings and reviews to support long-term partnerships.
Qualifications

Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication and customer service.
Basic understanding of insurance products, corporate risk management, and policy terms; prior experience in insurance broking or financial services is preferred.
Solid negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with corporate clients at various levels.
