Key Responsibilities
Multi-Product Team Management: Manage and cross-train a diverse team of engineers supporting multiple, distinct product lines and technology stacks. Ensure the team can effectively operate across varied environments while maintaining high performance.
Operational Standardization:
Drive the gradual movement toward standardized tooling and best practices across varied cloud environments.
Infrastructure Cost Optimization: Analyze infrastructure spending across all assets to identify redundancies. Lead initiatives to consolidate cloud accounts, deprecate overlapping tools, and optimize overall infrastructure costs to maximize ROI.
Technical Stewardship: Serve as a deep technical expert in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). Oversee container orchestration and observability stacks to move from reactive troubleshooting to proactive reliability.
Crisis Leadership & Resilience: Act as the ultimate escalation point for major incidents. Foster a blameless post-mortem culture that focuses on architectural remediation rather than short-term fixes.
GenAI Operations: Lead the strategy for scaling AI/ML workloads, optimizing GPU utilization, and leveraging AIOps to automate proactive sy
