Role Description The Customer Support & Sales Executive – Visa & Travel is a part-time hybrid role based in Chennai. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing transparent information on flight options, hotel bookings, Forex services, and visa requirements. The executive will guide customers through visa documentation and application processes, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings.



Daily responsibilities include promoting suitable travel packages, converting leads into confirmed sales, resolving service issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences. The role also requires monitoring customer feedback to support continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on clear communication and empathy.
Ability to manage Customer Satisfaction through proactive follow-up, issue resolution, and service quality monitoring.
Experience providing Online Support via chat, email, and social platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Exposure to Technical Support in travel or service-based environments, including basic troubleshooting of booking or portal issues.
Good knowledge of visa processes, international travel documentation, and basic Forex and hotel booking procedu
