Role Summary
We are looking for a Unit Manager – Business Loans to drive business growth across assigned branches in Telangana & Andhra Pradesh. The role will lead sales teams, achieve disbursement targets, build a robust pipeline, and ensure quality business growth.

Success in the Role
Consistently achieve login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
Build a productive, motivated, and stable sales team.
Improve FE productivity and branch performance.
Maintain a strong quality pipeline and portfolio.
Expand business through effective market development and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities
Manage and drive performance of sales teams across assigned branches.
Own monthly and quarterly business and disbursement targets.
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, login, and conversion.
Conduct field visits and coach team members to improve productivity.
Monitor branch-wise and employee-wise performance and take corrective actions.
Hire, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent.




Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to credit and operational processes.
Work closely with Credit, Operations, and HR teams for smooth execution.
Provide regular business updates and action plans to senior management.

Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in sales/business development in Business Loans, MSME, LAP, Microfinance, or Banking.
Prior experience in team management and multi-branch sales preferred.
Strong sales, leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
Strong target orientation and analytical ability. Good knowledge of local markets in Telangana/Andhra Pradesh.
Willingness to travel across assigned branches.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
