Key Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen relationships with industry, corporate partners, and recruiters.
Drive internships, live projects, and placement opportunities across programs.
Plan and execute campus recruitment strategies and employer engagement initiatives.
Map industry requirements with student competencies and recommend training interventions.
Lead career advancement programs including employability enhancement and professional readiness.
Build long-term strategic partnerships with companies for sustained engagement.
Monitor placement metrics, analytics, and continuous improvement efforts.
Coordinate with academic departments, placement coordinators,



student placement coordinators, alumni, and external stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Management / Engineering / relevant discipline.
Significant experience in corporate relations, placements, talent acquisition, or industry engagement.
Proven track record of working with recruiters and achieving placement outcomes.
Experience in higher education will be preferred.
