Hiring Chartered Accountant | Mumbai | High-Growth Startup

We are building a fast-scaling consumer business and looking for a Chartered Accountant who wants to move beyond routine accounting into a high-impact, ownership-driven role.

Location: Ghatkopar (E), Mumbai
Experience: 3–5 years PQE (startup experience preferred)
Compensation: Competitive, aligned with market

What you’ll own:
Preparation of Ind AS financials and own monthly close
MIS, financial analysis, and decision support for leadership
ERP implementation & migration during business expansion/acquisitions
Compliance, audits, and internal controls
Cash flow, treasury, and working capital management

What we’re looking for:




Robust Ind-AS accounting fundamentals with sharp attention to detail
Ability to work closely with operations and cross-functional teams
Comfort working on-ground with warehouse teams (regular visits required)
