Role Description The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming guests, and providing courteous, efficient check-in and check-out services. Day-to-day tasks include answering inquiries in person and over the phone, handling reservations, maintaining guest records, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.



The role also involves addressing guest concerns promptly, processing payments, and ensuring that the front desk is organized and presentable at all times. This is a full-time, on-site role located at Giovanni Village Resort & Spa in Bhopal, requiring flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
