Role Description The Technical Writer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Technical Writer will create, revise, and maintain clear and accurate documentation, including product manuals, process guides, and standard operating procedures. Daily responsibilities include gathering information from subject matter experts, organizing technical content, and translating complex information into user-friendly documents.



The role also involves ensuring consistency in terminology and formatting, managing version control of documents, and aligning documentation with internal quality standards. Collaboration with operations, production, and management teams is expected to support continuous improvement of documentation practices.
Qualifications
Robust skills in Technical Writing and Technical Documentation, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in Technical Communication and Documentation, including structuring content and applying appropriate style and tone.
Experience creating and maintaining Manuals and user guides for internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
