Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations across supply chain, inventory, and fulfillment. This role coordinates closely with manufacturing partners, logistics providers,



and internal teams to ensure timely production, optimal stock levels, and efficient order processing. The Operations Manager monitors key performance indicators, implements process improvements, and ensures compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities also include managing vendor relationships, optimizing costs, supporting current product launches operationally, and preparing regular reports for leadership on operational performance and risks.
Qualifications
Strong skills in operations management, process optimization, and workflow planning.
Experience in supply chain, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and use spreadsheets or ERP tools for reporting.
Competence in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and vendor relations.
