Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. The individual will conduct market research,



engage in client meetings, prepare proposals, and support negotiations to close deals. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, and maintaining accurate records of activities in CRM or sales tools. The role also requires explicit communication of Vareon Labs’ IT and digital marketing solutions, participation in networking events, and contributing to revenue growth targets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
Solid understanding of Business fundamentals, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and revenue-focused decision-making.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present solutions, handle client queries, and collaborate with internal team
